Cold deformation strengthening is of great significance in actual production. This is an important means of strengthening materials, especially for materials that cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. Secondly, cold deformation strengthening is conducive to the uniform deformation of the metal. Because the deformed part of Wuxi precision steel tube hardens, the deformation will continue to develop to the undeformed or less deformed part. Third, cold deformation strengthening can improve the safety of the component during use. Once the component is overloaded, plastic deformation occurs, and due to the strengthening effect, the component can be prevented from breaking suddenly. However, cold deformation strengthening also brings difficulties to the continuous deformation of Wuxi precision steel pipes, and even cracks appear. Therefore, "intermediate annealing" is often carried out during the deformation and processing of Wuxi precision steel pipes to eliminate its adverse effects.
